What Is Compassionate Inquiry?

In my work, I use the knowledge gained from my one-year studies with the world-known expert in connection between the mind and the body, the physical illness, the trauma and the addiction, namely Dr. Gabor Mate. The approach, Compassionate Inquiry, which he as a medical doctor has developed through his work with his patients, is a wonderful, compassionate approach intended to help people heal their traumas or understand and overcome useless behaviour which prevents them from moving on and living their lives to the fullest.
