Led by Doris Polak Kuder and Paula Nowak Droog, both graduates of Dr. Gabor Mate’s study, this workshop is designed to help you embrace self-compassion and transform core belief of not being good enough into thriving energy.

 

Doris brings 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, where she learned how stress at work impacts our health and well-being. Paula, a former school principal in Canada with 30+ years of experience, specializes in the well-being of educators, caregivers, and students.
