I offer individually customised programme according to your experience. We discuss your wants and needs at our first meeting. Normally, the meetings take place on-line over Zoom app, which is for your free of charge. 

I can offer you support to make the next step from your “stuck-ness”, either in your health, leadership at work or professional development and personal relationships. You will learn to trust life and your body, exploring the way your mind and your emotions work. I will share a lot of practical and simple advice, which have helped me and I believe will also help you.  

Talks and advice do not replace general practitioner’s consultations or orders. Every participant is advised to communicate openly with his/her general practitioner about the approaches he or she is practicing.
